About Legacy Farms

Located on the west side of Sinclair Road in the highly desirable southwest Columbia, MO, Legacy Farms spans nearly 400 acres and houses over 500 walkout or slab lots.

Phase one includes 198 single-family residential lots and will be completed by the end of 2023. This project will be split into several phases to ensure each step of the process was completed accurately and efficiently.
